Boothbay's Festival of LIghts brings all the delights of this charming seacoast town to vibrant life, every December. Bulbs strung in every color glisten off the water. Silhouetting fishing boats anchored in the bay. Then it happens. Santa Clause, Mrs. Clause, Rudolph, Frosty and others are transported by boat onto the docks.
