Iceland's Arctic Henge, the thriving fishing village of Husavik

Closing in on Northern Iceland's Arctic Henge, we arrived at the engaging and inspiring active fishing village of Husavik. Just a short twenty minute boat ride north, the true Arctic Circle awaits. On a 7 day trip to the North, West Fjords and South West, I encountered much more than friendly people, lovely weather and enchanting villages. I discovered it is a country littered with souls eager to embrace all this Country has to offer.
