Iceland - The Land of Fire and Ice

Over Thanksgiving, I was away from my family on a solo trip to Reykjavik, Iceland. Truly this is the land of mysteries, myths, lava fields, hidden caves and magic.

For someone who does not care for winter, I stepped outside my comfort zone traveling there and was so happy I did.

It was beyond words.......

I will be venturing to this mystical land again in September of '16. Onward, to the Artic Circle and West Fjords, troll caves and magical waterfalls.....
